Before you send

Pause each installation

Choose Pause Beta Testing…: on Mac in the app menu next to About, and on iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision Pro in Settings near About. Collection stops and reports waiting to be sent are cleared. If the app is already deleted, there is nothing to pause.

Copy its identifier

After pausing, the welcome screen shows the Installation Identifier. Choose Copy or Share Identifier. Each installation has its own, so collect one from every device you used.

Use your application email

The email you gave when you applied for the Beta.

What happens next

Requests are handled by hand. An identifier only locates data; it does not prove whose it is, so we check your email against your Beta application first and may decline a request we cannot match. We then delete the reports for those identifiers and any copies we made for analysis, and remove your email from the TestFlight tester group. Seven days later we check again and delete any report that arrived late.

Removing you from TestFlight does not switch off a build that is already installed. Delete the app to stop it completely. If an installation was not paused, we cannot guarantee that it will not send another report.
